AESI is made up of experienced engineers who are passionate about automation from start to finish. Our process begins as a collaborative effort to meet project requirements, small or large. We work through the design, procurement, build, programming, interface, data collection, and reporting as necessary to satisfy our customers' needs.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to automation projects. Some projects are stand-alone machines. Some projects are fully automated manufacturing lines. Here we discuss the level of automation and what the project requirements and expectations are. Once we are on the same page, we can begin to provide rough estimates on equipment, cost, hours, and timeline.
Design
Provide engineering design as required by the customer. Electrical, mechanical, line layouts, P&IDs - AESI will provide all documentation to ensure our vision meets your expectations.
Programming
No matter the specification, our engineers have the expertise to complete the project. AESI has a wide variety of skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, material handling, fluid power, and more. Based on your specific application, we pull together the required resources to provide the best solution.
SCADA
Most applications are not done once the machine meets the minimum requirements. Integration into a plant's SCADA system is generally an imperative part of the process. Whether you need AESI to integrate the project into your central system, or simply provide the means for your engineers to do so - we want to make sure the information is readily available to those who need it, when they need it.
Data Visualization
Provide hardware solutions for gathering and displaying information such as dashboards, ANDONS, and kiosks
Reporting
Finally, once the data has been captured and visualized, the next step is to satisfy the reporting requirements for the information. At AESI, we believe in a digital transformation with interactive, dynamic reporting as opposed to static reports. With time-based report generation, the information is often too late by the time the right people see it. We will work with you to create a modern reporting method to ensure that your engineers have actionable data as soon as possible.
